The delicate hue of this charming rosé is named after the “Oeil de Perdrix” or “partridge's eye”, a particularly pale shade of pink which is typical of the ethereal rosé wines from the south of France. This rosé is made in California according to traditional Provencal winemaking techniques which have been used in that part of France for generations. To create a rosé which is both fresh and full of flavour, the grape must is left to macerate with the skins
