This sensational red from the little-known Moldovan gem Chateau Purcari is crafted from top quality fruit grown on either side of the Prut river. The blend is composed of the local Feteasca Neagra and Rara Neagra grape varieties which have grown here in Moldova since at least the 14th century. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure they arrive at the winery in optimum condition and then vinified according to local winemaking techniq
